Finding the right part
How do I find the right part for my truck, RV or boat?
Start with the identifier for your rig. On a pickup that is the VIN on the driver-side dash or door jamb; on a motorhome it is the chassis VIN plus the coach builder label inside a cabinet or the entry door jamb; on a boat it is the HIN stamped on the transom. Searching either that identifier or the OEM part number off the component you are replacing will get you to the correct listing fastest.
Are the parts you sell genuine OEM or aftermarket replacements?
Both, and each listing says which. Aftermarket parts come from established manufacturers and are published with their own number plus the OEM numbers they replace, so you can compare them side by side against the part you are taking off. Where a genuine part is discontinued, the aftermarket listing is usually the only remaining option.
What should I check to be sure a part fits?
Four things: the OEM number your vehicle calls for, the fitment note on the product page (model years, drive type, axle or trim), the dimensions and mounting photos, and any note about left / right or rotation direction. Two numbers that differ by one digit are often different parts. If anything is ambiguous, send us the VIN before you order rather than after.
My model year is not listed. Can you still supply the part?
Usually yes. Our catalog is a subset of what our suppliers stock, so an absent listing does not mean the part is unavailable. Email the VIN or HIN, the OEM number you have, and a photo of the old component, and we will check availability and current pricing.
Shipping and delivery
How quickly will my order ship and arrive?
In-stock orders are picked and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days. Transit is typically 3-7 business days in the contiguous United States. A tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse, and oversize items such as bumpers or running boards may ship on a separate freight schedule.
What is the free shipping threshold?
Shipping is free on orders over $38. Below that, live carrier rates are calculated at checkout before you pay. Freight-class items like full exhaust systems and hitches are quoted separately because carriers price them by weight and length.
Can you ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or overseas?
Checkout is configured for United States addresses. For Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international destinations, contact us first with the part numbers and delivery address and we will quote freight and confirm carrier coverage before you commit. Duties and import taxes on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
Orders, returns and warranty
I need to change or cancel an order I just placed.
Contact us immediately. While an order is still in the picking queue we can usually change the address, swap a variant or cancel it outright. Once it has been handed to the carrier it cannot be recalled, and the return process applies instead of a cancellation.
The part arrived damaged or will not fit. What now?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and photos of both the item and the packaging. Transit damage and mis-shipments are resolved at our cost, return freight included. If the part does not fit, send the VIN or HIN so we can confirm whether the correct part exists before we arrange the return.
Are electrical and fuel-system parts returnable?
Only if they are unused and still sealed in the original packaging, because once energised or connected to fuel they cannot be resold as new. The same rule covers marine ignition and fuel-delivery components. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery; the restriction is stated on the affected product pages.
Do you offer trade pricing for shops and fleets?
Yes, for repair shops, fleet operators, RV dealers and marine yards buying in volume. Send the part numbers and quantities and we will return a quote. Tiering depends on the item and order size, and standing orders can be set up for recurring consumables.
How do I get a receipt or a business invoice?
An order confirmation is emailed automatically at checkout, and the receipt is attached to the shipment confirmation. If you need a copy, or need it issued to a company name or tax ID, email the order number and we will reissue it.
Is there a warranty on the parts?
Parts carry whatever warranty their manufacturer offers, and we pass that coverage through and help you file the claim. We do not add a separate store warranty on top. Consumables such as filters, belts, brake pads and impellers are normally excluded by the manufacturer once fitted or used.
Why do two listings for the same part show different prices?
Genuine OEM and aftermarket versions of the same fitment are separate listings and never share a price. When two listings look otherwise identical, the difference is usually the brand, the side (left vs right) or the pack quantity - compare the title and the "replaces" list on each page before deciding.
Full delivery and return conditions are on our Returns & Shipping page.
